Information we process
- Project and sample inquiry details you choose to submit, such as name, company, business email, phone, destination market and requirements.
- Privacy-friendly website analytics, including anonymized visitor and session identifiers, page paths, referral channel, approximate country or city, device type and engagement events.
- Platform authorization information when you explicitly connect a social account, including platform account identifiers, granted scopes, encrypted access or refresh tokens, expiry time and publishing status.
How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate OEM/ODM projects, operate and secure the website, understand content performance, publish content to accounts you authorize, measure referral results and improve WYOEM buyer information.
Analytics and cookies
WYOEM operates a first-party analytics system. Visitor identifiers are irreversibly anonymized. IP addresses are used temporarily to infer an approximate location and are not stored in the analytics event record. The owner dashboard uses a secure login cookie.
Connected platforms
Connecting a platform is optional. Authorization occurs on the platform's own website. WYOEM only requests permissions needed for the selected publishing or reporting function. Tokens are not displayed publicly and may be revoked by disconnecting the account or through the platform's own settings.
Sharing and international processing
Information may be transmitted to the platform you choose when WYOEM publishes authorized content. Hosting, email, analytics or technical service providers may process limited information needed to deliver their services. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are retained as needed for business follow-up and legal obligations. Analytics events are retained for up to 400 days. OAuth states are short-lived. Platform tokens are retained while a connection remains active and are encrypted at rest. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy when services or legal requirements change. The updated date is shown at the top of this page.
